Meet The Team
Izzy has a degree in Sports Therapy from Worcester University and a Masters degree in Sports Rehabilitation from Middlesex University. Izzy set up 'Izzy Branson Sports Therapy' from University and the clinic has grown ever since. Izzy works for top tier Premiership Rugby side Wasps, where she provides a variety of soft tissue therapy treatments including massage, trigger point therapy, MET techniques and acupuncture for the players to alleviate pain and improve function to allow for optimal training. Izzy monitors the players Musculo-skeletal test scores daily and implements pre-habilitation interventions to prevent injuries occuring. Along side her work with professional athletes, Izzy has a particular interest in working with the general population who struggle with lower back and hip dysfunctions, implementing soft tissue therapy to reduce symptoms and pain along side specific rehabilitation programs to target the cause of the dysfunction. Izzy hopes to start delivering workshops on a variety of topics such as hip mobility, core strengthening and shoulder mobility to pass on practical and knowledge based information.
Jade is a Graduate Sports Therapist with a 1st class Honours degree in sports therapy from the University of Worcester. She has a wide experience with working in injury, massage and neurological clinics, as well as working alongside professional teams such as Worcester Wolves 2nds basketball team and Worcester Black Knights. Jade loves to treat musculoskeletal injuries and to help all her clients get back to full health with her up to date MSK knowledge through continuing professional development. Many of her clients build up a personal relationship with Jade as a Sports Therapist and continue with her throughout and after their injury treatments.
Ailsa graduated with a BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy Degree from the University of Worcester in 2019 and began working at the Izzy Branson Sports Therapy Clinic. Ailsa also works for Hartpury College and University as an Academy Sports Therapist, working in a private clinic and with the Womens Football Academy. Ailsa also has a particular interest in rugby and works with Upton Rugby Club alongside her other work. Ailsa is originally from the Lake District and enjoys playing hockey and hill walking in her spare time.
